You can vault through windows from the inside and outside, even if there are frames or bars in them.
You just have to stand on the windowsill and press space. The character will climb through the barred window to the inside and outside... Works both ways.
Dont have vid or Pic.... But tested it at neaf, northern buildings, small red brick, 2 stories industrial building. Tested it with several people, works on all of those windows, as long as they are high enough to stand in the frame.
