Discovered while investigating different large objects (Generator and car tire) to check weights of the listed items.
When picking up a large item and dropping a weapon it is impossible to pick it back up. The item does however appear back into inventory when character has logged out and logged back in. Items aren't duped, or left behind, rather just "invisible" to your inventory until you log out and back in. I say this as it doesn't show item in the inventory, doesn't take up spots in inventory, and item still appears to be on ground until you've exited and re-entered the server.
This was tested on official New York Server-2230

Steps To Reproduce

Have weapon in hands.
pick up large item that won't fit into inventory. (Either in inventory screen or off ground)
Weapon drops to ground and large item is now in hands.
Remove large item from hands and weapon is not able to be moved in inventory, or taken to hands.
When logging out and logging back in, items do reappear in inventory though.

Additional Information

Some items I picked up after dropping the fireaxe (as both videos {with fireaxe and SGK-5} were back to back without logging out) disappeared after logging back in. In the second video you can see I had a baseball bat and a gas mask. These items were found after dropping the fireaxe but before dropping the SGK-5 and before I logged out, and they both disappeared from my inventory when I logged back in, and the fireaxe and SGK-5 reappeared.

Edit: more items disappeared from inventory when logging on next day. Item missing was a universal flashlight attached to SGK-5.
