Issues with items being invisible in inventory, on two separate PS4 consoles and accounts. Scroll bar does not always allow all items to be seen or just doesn't expand to show new items.

Not yet been able to link it to specific items or actions to replicate the bug

Only way to currently fix is game restart, but even that isn't 100%
