Can't Look or turn around

Description

I am playing on PC and since the update 1.05 I can neither turn or look around. Basically there are no mouse interaction. I will include my user as follows:

Steps To Reproduce

Started up the game again and it's exactly the same. Why are there three configs (user, mouse/key and a third one) anyway? Why does the update keep screwing me over?

Additional Information

I finally got so I could play (last update) and finally thought after 3+ years (with no reply to support ticket from BI Jam 2016) that I might be able to get into the game... This was very short-lived.
