If you catch someone with handcuffs - he can evade easely in maybe 20 seconds, there is an option to break handcuffs out.

There is strange but the guy, that catch you, cant to get his handcuffs back if he hasnt keys.
We tried to test handcuffs, friend catch me, and then cant free me. But i can free myself, without keys as a game convention
