1.05 Sickness update seems a bit over the top

Description

This is a form to report an issue from the PC VERSION of the game - for Xbox/PS4 issues use their respective forms from the dropdown menu (delete this prior to creating the ticket)
My character got sick from a bottle of water i found.
The moment the sickness icon came up i started taking pills (Tetracycline)
Within a few minutes my character started throwing up 5/6 times per minute, there is no eating or drinking against that.
After 5-10 minutes i went through all my purified water, incuding canned drinks.
Thinking i might have had the wrong medicine i also took charcoal tablets, but nothing seemed to help.
After about 15-20 minutes my completely healthy character died.

Now i think it's good that the sickness system got an update, but in my opinion this seems a bit to much,
I'm a moderator for The Village server and a day after the update i've seen more people asking about cures for sickness as they keep dying.
Perhaps either some clarification on how the system now works, or a bit of tweaking might help.

Steps To Reproduce

First time my character got sick this update. Hearing a lot of people having problems with sickness in our community though.
Should one of my next characters get sick again i'll try to give more information regarding time from getting sick to death and medication

Event Timeline

I always purify any water I get from wells now along with bottled water It seems to be random but poisoned wells and water bottles are extremely common I suggest just boiling or purifying all the water you get, If you wanna test wells just take a small sip of water from one your character will throw up once or twice but don't worry just purify your next bottle and wait for it to go away.
