I think that everyone can just confirm performance is way too low on the Contact DLC. Personally testing the map itself does not degrade it. It's the horrible amount of scripts running on the background with the Contact Edition.

Please don't be a dickhead and keep calling people out for bad hardware setups and graphics settings. I can confirm that playing the Contact DLC is not statisfying and I seek to possibly refund.
