Steps To Reproduce
- Create a scenario set to night time on any terrain.
- Place down two soldiers each wearing one of the two affected items.
- Place down a light source, such as Land_PortableLight_double_F facing the soldiers.
- Play as each soldier, going into third person view and turning slowly on the spot to observe the lack of normal mapping.
