I built a fence/gate inside of one of the two-story houses (yellow). After finishing the gate, I realized I could not lock it unless I was standing inside (tried several places/positions). It also gives me the option to attach the lock while the gate is open - haven't tried, just thought it weird.

Edit: Amended to remove 2nd issue (couldn't dismantle but server-specific = crowbar only). Also was able to lock from a very weird angle (basically clipping through wall). Can provide screenshots if needed.
