Stuck on Loading Screen but can open Menu UI and map mod

Description

When i try to join a modded server I see the loading screen, it loads about 1/3 of the bar and stops then I can open Menu UI and Map mod but thats it I don't see anything also don't hear anything too.

Verifying doesn't do anything
Redownloading mods, unsubscribing and subscribing from the workshop doesn't work
Reinstalling DayZ doesn't help
Deleting Scripts.dbo doesn't help
Deleting DayZ folder from Documents doesn't help
All my drivers are updated
Official servers work normally
Changing Options like HWAA doesn't help

Steps To Reproduce

I just use DayZ SA launcher to join the server. When I try to join through DayZ launcher or through the Browser I always see a message that I lost connection even though my internet is ok. Also sometimes message pop up that I have a pbo which is not part of the server when it clearly is
