Items such as the heat pack will never cool down. This allows you to use a heat pack forever and continue taking advantage of its benefits even after it becomes ruined from use after activation. Some other items such as cooking pots also never cool down and remain at 200C forever. In addition, charging batteries on the battery charger will oddly cause both the battery and charger to drop to 1C and they will remain stuck there.

Steps To Reproduce
For heat pack: Simply just activate it. After some time it will become ruined and still remain hot and will still warm the player carrying it.
For Cooking pot: Put the pot on a heat source and remove it once its temperature reaches 200C. It will remain at 200C indefinitely.
For batteries and charger: Attach an empty car battery to a powered charger and begin charging. After the battery becomes fully charged, both the charger and battery will be at 1C.
Additional Information
Although the user can still get the benefits of the heat pack after it becomes ruined and retains its heat, items cant still be cooked in the 200C pot unless it is on a heat source.
Storing items in containers or on the ground doesn't seem to affect temperatures in any way.
I am unsure whether or not truck batteries are also affected.
