Some seed packets will not unpack. I’ve had no problem with pumpkin or pepper seeds, but occasionally tomato (and always zucchini) seeds don’t unpack. I press RT to unpack them and nothing happens. I’m just trying to start a farm for my fellow players.

Steps To Reproduce
Try unpacking some seeds. If you have multiple packets in your inventory trying to unpack a tomato or zucchini will not work and trying to unpack any other type of packet won’t work either.
