CRASH 10 min after joining EU1 WARLORDS#1 Official BiStudio

Severity -> Crash
Description -> Crashed while flying a blackfoot shooting a target in manual fire

Hello,

After more than 6 months I haven't got the Crash, with the help of the Developers.
If possible I will share the solutions for the RPT files that I sent them, with the RPT's.

DISCLAIMER (Important)
1.This is just what I was told to do to my computer.
2.This might not work for you or even it will worsen your computer/game, so don't try this unless you know what are you doing.
3.I am not responsible for any damage to your hardware or software while you're trying to repair your game.

First Crash.

I was told to send dxdiag report, msinfo and RPT file (RPT being the game part, and dxdiag and msinfo were just to know with what components they were working with (?) ). I will send you only the RPT file.

After a while of waiting I was told that I should try to do a clean reinstall of Arma 3.
The steps were:

  1. Uninstall the game.
  2. Download and install CCleaner (https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) and scan/fix your registry.
  3. Make a backup of Arma 3 folder in Documents.
  4. Delete both Arma 3 folders in Documents and Steam:

\Users\*YOUR USERNAME*\Documents\Arma 3

\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3

  1. Reboot your PC.
  2. Run Steam as Admin, download the game.
  3. Try to run Arma 3 (without mods).

Second Crash.

I gave them the newest RPT file.

I was told to uninstall Avast completely, because it was interfering with the game files (apparently). I didn't have any piece of Avast anti-virus (more of a virus) installed in my computer, so then I was told to use a different memory allocator.
The steps given were:

1.Open Arma 3 launcher, go to the "Parameters" and switch to the "All Parameters"
tab.
2.Now you should see the checkbox for "Malloc" under the advanced. Please check it and try to reproduce the issue with different memory allocators.

Third Crash.

Like usual I sent them my newest RPT file, reproduced with a different Malloc.

Once they saw my email I was told the following:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks
Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist

and install (right click and select "Run as administrator") both "vcredist_x64" and "vcredist_x86" from all folders. Then please open the following folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks
Shared\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010

and install (right click and select "Run as administrator") "DXSETUP.exe".

The last thing you have to do is to open the following folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\DotNet\4.5.2

and install (right click and select "Run as administrator")
"NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe".

And the "NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe" not downloading because the following words:

Your installation will not occur. See below for reasons why.

Details

.NET Framework 4.5.2 or a later update is already installed on this computer.

Then the dev. told me to ignore it and try to reproduce the crash.

Fourth Crash.

The RPT.

The response:

please download and install the following free program:

https://www.malwarebytes.org/

and do a full scan of your PC and remove any threats.

  • - -

Fifth Crash.

The RPT.

They told me the following:

please make a backup of both Arma 3 folders in your Documents and then delete them. Your profiles might be corrupted.

I understood to do the backup then delete the original folders, as that might have been the correct route (?), at least in my mind.
I was corrected because the faulty backups were still registered in game so I deleted them as well.

Sixth Crash and Seventh Crash. (I have more)

RPT files: Sixth

and Seventh
After those crashes I redone the solution of the Fifth Crash and Second Crash (fuzzy memory, my apologies).
I was happy to have some time for playing Arma 3.

Seventh Crash.

RPT file:

Their solution: Second Crash.

  • - -

Eighth Crash

RPT file:

Solution sent by customer support:
please try to check your Windows files for errors

Me: after seeing the Windows files for errors I started to fix them (Check the internet for how to find and fix them).

  • - -

Ninth Crash.

RPT:

Solution sent: First Crash.

  • - -

Tenth Crash. (The last one! (^≗ω≗^) )

RPT:

The response for solution was:

lease try to disable all audio outputs except the one you use.

Try to lower your sound quality in Windows and lower the sound sources option in the game.

After that please try to reproduce the issue.

This is all of the Support I received to repair my game.

REPEAT:
1.This is just what I was told to do to my computer.
2.This might not work for you or even it will worsen your computer/game, so don't try this unless you know what are you doing.
3.I am not responsible for any damage to your hardware or software while you're trying to repair your game.

If all of this worked for you I am glad, if not, try to do a thread or email them.
Have a good one!
Cheers!
