Zeus should be able to reskin / retexture a vehicle by either a new module or simply adding a function to the current "Arsenal" module to open up Virtual Garage when it's applied on any vehicle.

This would be very useful for Zeus in general, primarily unmodded Zeus. We'd love to be able to let certain vehicles look different than another, or add stuff to it to make it more immersive / interesting.
