Overloading GPU in main menu causes issue streaming/recording OBS due to no FPS cap

Description

There is no main menu fps cap which causes it to be 2000fps (overloading GPU) for me and it causes issues with OBS and streaming because there is no resource's left

Steps To Reproduce

1.load obs

  1. Stream/record

3.Open Game
4.FPS is 2000 in main menu
5 Check OBS fps and it is dropping
6.look at task manager and there is no GPU usage left

Additional Information

Using a 2080ti

This problem doesn¨t exist in normal dayz due to the way the main menu is "in game"
