Timeout issue - Can't join any server using 4G aggregation

Description

Me and few of my friends having a Timeout issue when trying to connect to any server (modded and official ones).

The network wasn't able to join the game.
We already fix it, and know where it from.

Our internet provider (ISP) having a 4G key coupled to the ADSL line. This 4G was automaticaly enable, we had to disable it to make us able to join servers.

It was working well few weeks ago, and never had this issue in 1.03.

Our connection can be kind of slow without this 4G enabled.

I can't join any server using the 4G aggregation too.
And so, I had to disable this to be able to play again.
