The M70 will use parts/most/all of the CR527 model with the hunting scope attached and zooming in. (Only for the person using it I believe)
In addition the M70 is raised up above the users head when they ADS, instead of eye level.

Steps To Reproduce
Have an M70, and attach a hunting scope to it, zoom in.
Have someone look at you from the side as well.

My friend has claimed this, and it happens all the time for him, I haven't actually had a chance to try it out yet, but if I do I'll send in a screenshot ASAP.
Looking at it from the side when he ADSs is indeed an issue as the gun is raised well above the character and could give them away by either A:It being out of cover or B: It's a rather extreme movement.
