The use of epipen, morphine, analgesics and others (cigarettes, alcohol, etc in the future) give a boost to your character without any balancing feature to reduce its abuse, like injecting 5 epipens straight to run far, etc.

There could be a feature that would make your character addict to the drug, introducing a craving for it, with several punishments if you can´t get it!
