This is a huge problem, the sway / head bob is literally like rocking the entire screen. When I purchased this game I could turn it off and since .63 it has not been an option, fundamentally changing the game for me and people who also have similar issues.

There are very few games I can play 1PP because I have vertigo and an inner ear issue, some people just get easily motion sick. I would never purchase a game I couldn't play or at least have had a trial to make sure I wouldn't get sick in 1PP or that I can't turn off head bob. I literally haven't played this game since .62 because of this issue, I also know there are many others who haven't yet Bohemia seems to ignore a very real issue for many people. Games shouldn't make people sick! I have even tried taking motion sickness medication to play but the rocking in third person is so bad I break out into a sweat and 1PP has never been an option.

You are alienating a large number of people and it's disheartening. If I could I would simply return this game, while I loved playing DayZ and I have a lot of friends I miss playing with it seems you will continue to ignore this issue.
