Both the 3 and 4 digit combination locks have been presenting the following behaviors for some time:

• Set a combination, attach the lock to your gate, combination bugs/randomizes to an unknown, possibly after any server restart
• Sometimes, an existing gate refuses to accept attaching a combination lock to it

This results in having to saw locks off, tear down and rebuild gates, etc. It has been like this for at least a month, maybe more.
