You can attach attachements on weapons you dont have in your hands but on the other side you cant take any items such a scopes from weapons on ground or on your back. It doesnt make sense to only allow to attach but not detach. Please consider this since its just logic, let us take attachements off of weapons who lay on the ground or on our back.
