No game audio
Need More Info, NormalPublic

Description

After installing several mods I lost all game audio. Audio on the PC works fine. I then removed all the mods but it did not fix the issue. I then tried to play without any mods, still did not fix it. I then uninstalled Arma3 and reinstalled, same issue. I then fully uninstalled Arma3 manually, and reinstalled, same issue. I then reinstalled Windows 10 Pro through a full install including wiping the drive. I reinstalled Arma3 and tried to play without mods. Still no audio. Help please!

Hi,
could you please attach your logs?
Easiest way to get them is through the Launcher
Launcher > Options > Prepare Arma 3 Troubleshooting report
Wait for the application to gather the files, then hit Save Report
Save the ZIP file somewhere where you will be able to find it
Upload the file to your ticket (see below: Creating Ticket)
Thanks

Please see attached logs as requested.

Thank you.

I haven't found something suspicious in your logs. Could you please try create another game profile a try with it? Could you please try switch to devbranch or RC branch if problem still persists in newer version of the game? https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Steam_Branches#Arma_3

So after unsubscribing to all mods and then uninstalling and then reinstalling I have my audio back. It wasn't enough to not load the mods the culprit mod persisted even though unloaded. Thank you Astaroth for responding. I'll be much more careful using mods in the future and try one at a time.
