I was wondering if the Mediterranean CSAT forces can be equipped with the Compact NVG as the standard issue NVG. In the Remnants of War Campaign, the Iranian CSAT units have been using these visually-upgraded NVG's. The Pacific CSAT and Russian Spetsnaz are using these, so why not give the Mediterranean CSAT this upgrade?

I am aware that the Compact NVG's are under the Apex DLC, but it would be nice to see that the OPFOR army from the main Arma 3 platform are not left out for a change. No pressure of course.
