Around 5h33 UTC -4 North Americna/New York Time zone, I've logged in the game in the Green Mountain zone on the top of the tower outside. I wanted to go in the Tower, but the interaction was impossible. I logged off and wait a couple of minute before logging in again to see if I could interact with the door but nothing happens.

It even seems that the texture has changed. It happens to me randomly when this happens.
