When setting the vehicle ammo to 0% in the editor, it seems to confuse the resupply feature. Vehicles will not resupply more "magazines", only the ammunition that it can fit in one "magazine".

Steps To Reproduce
Open the eden editor, and then:
- Place down a ground vehicle. I recommend using the Offroad (HMG).
- Set the vehicle ammo in the attributes to 0%.
- Place down a vehicle ammo box away from the vehicle.
- Play.
Now that you're ingame:
- Check your ammo. Should all be at 0.
- Drive the vehicle towards the vehicle ammo box.
- Resupply.
At this point, you will realize that the Offroad (HMG) will only resupply up to 100. It won't resupply additional magazines.
Additional Information
This seems to be an issue with most of the ground vehicles. Tanks resupply their main rounds, but any small arm secondary (ex: 200 round 7.62) only resupply up to 200. No more magazines.
