4 digit combo locks do not keep combination code after restarts/crashes. I’m able to use the combo lock on the gate set the code and it will work until crash or restart I go back to the lock I can still access the combination and change the numbers but the original code no longer works. The gate on which the combo lock was attached will no longer take a new combo lock after sawing off the one that no longer works. The gate needs to be completely broken down and rebuilt in order to affix a new combo lock.
