The Land_ControlTower_02_F Structure has broken ladders. They either rotate the player 90 degrees or 180 degrees in the wrong direction when mounted in the climbing position. This makes it hard if not impossible to get to the roof using the ladders.

Steps To Reproduce
In Livonia, head to the Lukow Airfield and use a player to try and climb the ladders of the Airport Control Tower (Military).
It will rotate the player model.
Alternately, spawn the object with the classname of Land_ControlTower_02_F Structure and repeat the steps.
Tested with only the official mods instealled, on the latest dev branch (1.93.145689)
