NVG not working prolerly with the headstrap

Description

I have noticed that you simply can't turn the nightvision goggles ON when using a headstrap if you have any other headgear equipped, such as a beanie and a mask, you can only turn the NVG headstrap ON if you have no other headgear equipped on your head

edit: i actually can use the headstrap NVG with the gas mask, but if i put a beanie on my head, it wont work.

Here to confirm that headstrap+NVG and ghilliehood doesnt work either, goggles will not activate. Fix asap
