When you have mags in your plate carrier pouch. When you try and reload with the Y button its like the mags dont exist and it wont use that mag for the auto reload. And bullets in pouches dont exist either. If you have a mag in your hand and combine that ammo in the pouches tab it wont work to. Seems like anything in pouches doesnt seem to work properly
