I found and placed one of the new 4 dial combination locks onto a gate with a code corresponding to a date. Half an hour to an hour later, while interacting with the combination lock, the DayzUnderground server that I was on crashed. When the server was back up, the code was still working and I was able to remove it. I reset the lock onto the gate, and logged off for the evening.

I logged back on to the server 7 hours later. During this time the server went through 2 scheduled restarts at 5 am GMT and 9 am GMT. When I went to interact with my combination lock, the code was no longer registering, and therefore rendering the lock an obstacle rather than a boon to my base.
