Reproduceable. After yesterdays update everytime I leave a server all audio disappears, it will only fix itself if i restart the game. Even discord is affected as I need to rejoin the call. I have verified and delete both documents and app data, nothing seems to fix it.

It is now fixed. After a couple of reinstalls and verifications of the files it somehow just worked.
