When you turn of the NVG at night time, then the vicinity area of your friend blooms up. (Also your vicinity if another nvg does it)
So I'm guessing that everybody within 1km radius from you will be effected also.
That is very nice intel for me to know if there are others have nvg around me also.
Since I have had my vicinity have been lighting up while I had the nvg on also.
Put on NVG
Hold L to activate
Hold L to deactive
This should light up others vicinity.
Additional information:
Does Not occur when the Player is outside the "SoundBubble, RenderBubble"!!! This only Happens when a Player is in a Certain Zone of The other Player. When the player logs Out, gets killed or Just disable/enable the NVG, the Change is Noticable...
A player who is in Tisy will not see The Bug/Changes when The Other Players is in Cherno!
