I switched to exp mode then claered log files etc (did not defrag ssd, be careful, wont this fuck up a lot of players drives affecting feedback?) then verified files and then started playing....had same character from last exp patch... I had a tundra with hunting scope. Night vision scope with battery and range finder with battery ...( Im saying this as to where my points are...) also had a lot of ammo and gear....ruined hunters back pack also I spawned in sick from drinking dirty water for some reason...I checked my previous video ...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZ_hgZ_m-iA&t=8s and I did not have the sick icon... well .....................!st things first....I ran up a med building and grabbed some anti biotics....after three pills gave up cause they didnt cure....range finder kept displaying "999" all the time , no matter the distance. Night vision scope always was "full on green" with no detail....Now I understand that I may have not done a good job of clearing my game of all old info or something? But i followed the exact instructions of what was suggested and completed it with confidence.... None the less I thought I would report this just in case it helps. So after shooting some Zeds from about 300-500 meters it seemed the zeroing was not working. So I shot myself to respawn. I repawned in the factory in Solnichy and climbed the top of the highest industrial there and it was night , so I lit my road flare and left it up there to see how, or if I could see it from a distance. I went to the ground and reached the max view distance....when using eye zoom it was apparent I could view the road torch ON THE TOP OF THE BUILDING but would have to move 14 yards or so to see the ambience down the sides of the building when not in eye zoom..it seemed very off...without eye zoom it would not appear at all ...this test requires a lot of back and forth movement in the dark of course.Its probably nothing but i have saved the vids if you would like to see tham. let me know if it helps. cheers
