When you have bullets in the pouch that can be attached onto Armor plates, then you can not drag the bullets into your hands to fill up magazines.
Not sure if this is meant to be like that or not.

Steps To Reproduce
Have bullets in the pouch on the Armor plate.
Have magazine in your hands
Drag bullets onto the magazine combine.
(Then you see the bullets have red square around them, not orange like they should.)
