I actually took a vacation day from work to play today. Glad i wasted my vacation day and time spent trying to get in that I will never get back. Please get this issue resolved before the weekend.

If all else fails bro https://youtu.be/J7LCZwgooGI That vid shows you how to make another account but it will erase your character that got locked. The good thing is that when you sign in with your primary, it will take over that character

This doesn't work right now. I already tried and it was somehow already locked. lol
