It seems the problem is with the launcher. I can start the game directly by using the arma3.exe or by using A3 launcher..

Could you please try run Launcher as administrator?
Could you please try run game with -profiles=test from Launcher? Parameters>Advanced>Profile folder. activate it and write test there.

I have never touched that profile folder parameter before. Now it had the marker on the box and I took it off and tried to launch the game and now it works as it should. Thank you!

I found the problem. If you have Bullguard on you pc you have to go into the options, go on expandet (at the top) and go into the overview. You need to disable the self protection.
