This will always appear when I try to join a Highly moderated/Popular server with a high average of In-Game players, and the server would always automatically kick me. However when I try to join a little, unpopular, not-highly-moderated server, the block does not appear, and I am able to join. Be aware that I had all of my mods unloaded at the time, and that I have followed the command's instructions in removing the file and instead I would get "Session Lost" whenever I would try to join a highly moderated server.
