Loaded up a modded server which I've been on many times, but tonight I had a weird character model glitch when I logged in, which I can't get rid of. See screenshots.

Seems to affect only me, another person on my server said they could see me fine and could see themselves fine, while I could see the same issue on both my character on theirs.

Have tried:

Validating game files
Uninstalling and reinstalling
Changing graphics settings in game
Getting my character killed and respawning
Switching to an official server with a different character, same thing

Also seemed to affect shooting. I held a pistol and shot a zombie at close range, but while the gun sound could be heard, I'm not sure the bullets were firing, or firing in the right dirrection as they never hit the zombie once despite being close up.
