When opening the ARMA3 launcher it stated an error that my profile was corrupted and had to be reset. Following this none of the mods are showing in the launcher any more, even though the folders are still present and mods subscribed to on steam.

Never mind... I unsubscribed to something small (CBA) and then resubscribed, and it updated whatever file that was needed and all of the subscriptions now appear.
