Steps To Reproduce
- Join any offical server (stable/veteran or multiplay)
- Attached a universal flashlight with a battery to a rifle rail (AKM or M4A1)
- Played for various amounts of time (1 hour - 8 hours)
- Logged off
- Flashlight is either not present on characters weapon in the play screen OR is not present on following log in

This happens quite often, but not every time. It just happened again to me now (using an M4A1 on server NJ 2-3 veteran/public)
