Old issue - Launcher is not syncing with STEAM for WORKSHOP mods thus cannot list mods in the GUI nor create symlinks in !workshop folders This has been going on and off and seems related to STEAM server IP related. May be overflow of checking over 4000 mods back to STEAM servers.
The mods itself actually download / update but never show up in the launcher.
New mods mostly show up but many old mods and some new mods do not - CBA, ACE, etc...
This was FIXED last year by Wizard but appears to have come back after July or August. Postings on Bisforum go unanswered regarding this.
Read last post here... first part was fixed on STEAM's end.
