Steps To Reproduce
Build bases, crash server (by doing whatever, for example load a not existing weapon) or just restart it with enough bases built on the map. Some of the bases will disappear.
The more constructions built, the more will disappear (now it started to disppear during reboots, eventhough we changed nothing).
