When a player parks a car in a structure containing player built base items such as fence or gate across doorway to building; the offroad will increasingly rise after server restarts. This has been witnessed numerous time in ver 0.63 as well as ver. 1.0
Vehicle in attached pic is a victim of this bug and displays it's severity over time.
