I was climbing on a stone fort up North, a big stone tower just South of Novo. I climbed on a stone ledge and ran against the wall thinking it would support me. My player fell through the wall and fell 20 feet and went unconscious. Upon awakening, my pistol had disappeared from my hand or backpack. I searched the area and could not find it, so I think it just vanished somehow, due to a bug.
