Check out the screenshot attached,

in the center of it, there is a weird bug with the player model.

The arm is stretching and deforming.

Pick up a log and go to a water fountain, drink whilst holding the log.

This occurs with all two handed objects whilst performing another task or dropping down from a step.

Also your left arm bend the wrong way 8/10 times, whilst carrying them.
