Not sure if this is an issue or if I just don't understand vehicles but when I built a vehicle with all the parts, added fuel and brake oil the car started with no issues but as I started to drive there was an engine icon pop up and the icon remained and till the vehicle became ruined but all the parts were still pristine.

Dude when you build a vehicle you need to refill gas, oil for engine and WATER in the RADIATOR ! Its happen to me first time i buil à car. If no water engine smoke at start. Now in 1.0 you can see the water level on car meter
