1 month ago i had another problem with arma 3 and i discovered is unplayable with HDD, very crashes because texture etc, etc, but now i bought an ssd to solve it, and another time VERY LOW fps... i have an i7 6700k, RTX 2080, 16gb RAM DDR4, and an SSD M.2, i did a benchmark with MSI Afterburner and the game dont use more than 27% CPU/GPU, i configured the parameters, i have 2 screenshots of parameters and stadistics in game. fps are around 20FPS when are charge in the map.
