Constructed a fence before the server restart. After logging on after the restart, the fence was visible, but the physics collider was no longer there. Myself and others could run through these fences. However, fences constructed after the restart still had the colliders.

Steps To Reproduce
We have not tried to reproduce, as we do not have access to restart the server. We believe that these are the steps needed to reproduce:
- Construct fence with 2 logs, wood, and nails
- Restart server
- Run through fence
