In Elektro, I activated a chemlight and went across the square to view its rendering distance. It does not appear to be activated until zooming in, regardless of my character's proximity.

Steps To Reproduce
- Go to Elektro
- Activate a chemlight inside of a building
- Go across the square and look into the windows of the building where it was activated
- Observe the lighting effect is not visible
- Zoom in at the window
- Observe the lighting effect is suddenly visible
- Step backwards while zoomed out
- Observe the lighting effect is still not visible
- Zoom in
- Observe the lighting effect is once again visible
