Please add Dynamic groups with some new features:

1. Creates teams
2. It's gives green color for icons squad leaders in one team on the map.
3. Lower transfer fee between SQ Leaders (250 CP or less), part of reward for kills or capture sectors, etc
4. Squads in one team can use squad channel
5. Leader of Team can use Command channel for communication with other leaders of teams.

Also Leader can create orders for squad(s) in team like in Vanguard (Move, Attack, Defend, etc)
